Below you will find all relevant information on the processing of personal data in the sales and marketing process in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We use your data for the purpose of establishing contacts and providing you with information about our company and the services we offer. This is usually based on your voluntary consent to data processing for the purpose of establishing a contact and direct advertising by telephone and e-mail in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR. The consent can be revoked informally at any time.

Furthermore, the processing of personal data for the purpose of establishing contacts and direct advertising is justified on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. Marketing and advertising measures lie in our legitimate interest, which is aimed at promoting our company and offering our services.

Data categories and data origin:

We process the following categories of data: master data, communication data, IP address, job title and/or department within the company. We have received the data from the above categories from publicly available sources.


Within our company your data will be passed on to the following internal departments: Sales and key account management, business development as well as any processors involved in the business process. The data is generally not forwarded to external recipients.

Retention time:

After six months from the end of the contact initiation, the system checks whether the data is still required and whether legal retention obligations prevent deletion.

Rights of the data subject:

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transferability.

Right of objection

According to Art. 21 para 2 GDPR you have the right to object to the processing for the purpose of direct advertising at any time.

Right of appeal to the supervisory authority:

Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.

Information according to Art. 13 GDPR:

The above information will be provided to you in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR if eCollect AG collects personal data directly from you. This data is also collected on a voluntary basis for contact initiation and advertising purposes.
