  • How can I ask eCollect for a payment extension?

You are temporarily facing difficulties making payments and therefore, not able to settle the due collection claim within the set payment period. If so, eCollect AG takes your circumstances into consideration and is prepared to grant you a deferral of payment under certain conditions.

How can I ask eCollect for a payment extension?

The deferral of payment is subject to the following condition:

  • You transfer EUR 10.00 within 7 days after the deferral agreement.
  • The deferment period must not exceed eight consecutive calendar weeks.

Please send us your request for deferment of payment:

  • by e-mail to: contact@ecollect.online

  • via chatbot in your customer portal

Your message must contain the relevant reasons concerning your inability to render monetary compensation. You will not be charged any further fees for the duration of the deferment of payment. There will also be no negative Schufa register entries. The duration of deferment of payment will be individually determined for you. Immediately after expiry of the agreed deferment period you are obliged to pay the total claim minus the amount already paid.
