eCollect is a a fast-growing European FinTech enterprise, established in 2014 with the headquarters in Switzerland and operating entities in the G/S/A region and Eastern Europe. We apply high-end technology to cover the full receivables management cycle for any business: from invoicing, via dunning and dispute management to pre-legal and legal processing, ending with long-term monitoring. Our AI-based service surpasses the outdated methods of traditional debt collection employing a proven workflow to take the customer journey to the next level.
By the end of 2014, eCollect successfully launched the beta version of the first eCollect system and offered an easy data submission via web interface or API. With the start of 2015, the company introduced the roll-out of multi-language, multi-currency & multi-jurisdiction features, which led to over 100,000 debt collection files under management in 2016. With its first subsidiary aboard the company entered the fast growing and demanding Eastern European market in 2017 to serve client requirements.
The company’s main operating hub in Western Europe was founded in 2018 with the main goal to expand the receivable management value chain. As the company undertakes its “follow-the-client” approach, eCollect will expand its operating network into other European countries.
